Changes the AI USSR uniforms to PAVN and Civilians to VC & Peasant clothing.
Base = Green colour uniform
KLMK = Tan
SF = Grey
Russian voices replaced with vietnamese. (focusing on CQB voices that you would hear during combat with Enemy.)
Still a few USSR callouts to replace. If you hear them and know what they are, please let me know and I will change them.
