Thermal PostProcess WCS

This mod turns on thermal signatures while using WCS, If you dont use WCS mods then you should use the base "Thermal PostProcess" mod.

Update 1.0.3:
- Changes all RHS standard thermals to new LUT materials.
Update 1.0.5:
- Added ability to change between white hot and black hot for PAS13G and Reap-IR. White, Black and Orange-white hot for 1TWS-315AH (change sights button)
Update 1.0.7:
- Moved mod contents to new mod, this mod is now a WCS thermal override (turns thermal on while using WCS)
