Moves some of the RHS stuff to the vanilla US arsenal while trying to avoid redundencies when used with Bacon's Loadout Editor, M4s, and 249 Rails.
Description
Removes vanilla items from the US arsenal. Adds only some of the USMC and ION items to the US arsenal. Huge thanks to the RHS team and Bacon for their incredible work! Hopefully I didn't break anything.
