- Change persistence to binary blob storage, should give better performance and smaller filesizes so less likely to run into 16mb savegame filesize limit
 - Update reconnect component with possible fixes for some character+group persistence issues. Please report any further related issues e.g. losing your group or access to group assets like a Spawn Antenna
 - Add custom "anti combat-logging" logic to reconnect component that is compatible with persistence, your character will remain in-world and be vulnerable for 60sec after disconnecting before it gets saved to persistence and despawned
 - Add custom player character persistence logic in attempt to fix vanilla bug causing saved disconnected player characters to spawn in unpossessed on session load, should help prevent players losing control of their previous character (it was actually taken over by AI after a restart and probably died while they were disconnected)

- Rework vehicle logic to categorize spawns based on the area i.e. you will mostly find CIV vehicles except for around military bases and airports where you'll find military faction vehicles
 - Add a 1/10 chance of a vehicle spawner skipping spawn and going on cooldown, so not every spawn will have a vehicle initially and they will accumulate in areas over time if not taken
 - Set all vehicle spawns to 1h respawn timer by default 
 - Add vehicle spawns to most sheds and garges
 - Add more heli spawns to Kolguyev scenario
 - Increase radius of city+town scav spawner areas so they are a bit more spread out
 - Slightly decrease scav spawning weighting towards city+town areas so they are a bit more spread out
