- Fix SafeZone protection sometimes not applying correctly to fresh spawned player characters - Make SafeZone prevent block loot from spawning in area - Make SafeZone prevent ambient AI patrols (scavs) from spawning in area, should also work for any spawner mods that use the vanilla ambient AI patrol logic like Darc missions - Remove deterrent minefields from SZ since there is nothing worth running around there for now anyway - Disable Rank budgets so all Conflict buildings etc can be built regardless of XP/rank - Re-enable XP gain (unused currently due to players getting max rank) in preparation for new character skills system - Set default player rank to Renegade now that rank budget restrictions are removed
