House of Pain Loadouts

Very much in development, unstable and probably ill-advised loadout tweaks to add some RHS & Bacon bits to Gramps' ConflictPVERemixedVanilla2.0.

All credit for good things found in here should be directed to Gramps, ceo_of_bacon, the RHS team and anyone else involved in the mods being used.

All blame for abuse of the loadout system should be placed on Nutta42. I can only say I warned you this was in development!
