- added WCS Helicopters; thanks to YouAreBamboozled for permission! we now have a supply Huey (US) and supply Hip (USSR) as well as a couple of Cobra (US) and Hind (USSR) variants! - reverted ground vehicle costs back to default costs - lowered the costs of supply helicopters (since they have no seats and can only be used for logistics) - slightly increased the supply required for Hueys and Hips - greatly reduced the supply required for Cobras and Hinds but they're still very expensive - increased the cost of Stingers and Iglas to 250 supply - each objective which is not has a FIA arsenal (in case players run out of ammo; they can make the choice to consume supply and rearm themselves or whether to wait on reinforcements - adjusted Vehicle Rank Requirements back to Private, Corporal, Sergeant, (Second) Lieutenant, Captain, or Major; the ranks that I made in between weren't really working with the Vehicle Rank system in game (they didn't display the right ranks for the vehicles but it technically worked), I'll have to revisit this later and figure something else so that it actually displays the appropriate rank for each vehicle

- the M16A2 (and all variants, including the "M16 Carbine" and all of its variants) default 200m sight setting (due to the 0-2 sight aperture) did not work, so I am attempting to fix this now; I'm working on figuring out how to get the 300m-800m aperture to flip up when adjusting to those ranges, but I've had no luck yet
