Summary
this is an overhaul of Operation uppercut's insurrectionist faction.
Description
all marine insurrectionist units hve been overhauled to look like a more proffessional fighting force. to compensate, i've also added 6 new fighters that are militiamen. This mod also adds a reskin of the scorpion tank and fixed the insurrectionist version of the falcon.
