IP Content License Agreement

This IP Content License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Knightshift Studio and each user who accesses the dedicated server ("User"). By connecting to the dedicated server, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Knightshift Studio grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, display, and interact with the content ("Content") available on Knightshift Studio’s dedicated Arma Reforger server solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. This includes any mods, scripts, and other assets developed and uploaded by Knightshift Studio.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
The Content provided on this server, including but not limited to code, models, artwork, and assets, is the exclusive property of Knightshift Studio. All rights, titles, and interests in the Content are retained by Knightshift Studio. Unauthorized distribution, duplication, modification, or sale of any Content is strictly prohibited.
3. Restrictions
The User shall not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Content outside of the server environment.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Content without prior written permission from Knightshift Studio.
Use the Content for commercial purposes or distribute it for financial gain.
Claim ownership or authorship of the Content.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective upon the User's access to the server and shall remain in effect until terminated by Knightshift Studio. Knightshift Studio reserves the right to revoke access to the server and the license granted herein at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Content on the server is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Knightshift Studio be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the Content or the use of the Content.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
8. Changes to the Agreement
Knightshift Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted or communicated to the User. Continued use of the server constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
