This mod makes only 1-3 seize military base tasks available at one time (configurable on server in json file).  It also prevents AI from spawning in at points that are not available in the task list.  This is great for performance and helps discourage lone wolves spawning in whole cities.

- NOTE: If you enable commander mode there are a few known bugs.  Main one, if you have a human commander and the linear mod is not selecting a new seize task, the human commander needs to leave the commander role and the AI commander will assign a new task.

This mod currently contains 3 scenarios:
The 4x version of Everon contains vehicle patrols at almost every cap point.  It also has artillery attacks from the AI.
The non-4x version does not have artillery attacks and about a quarter of the vehicle patrols.
The Kolguyev scenario contains all features.
All three have AI counter attacks.
