Uses MEP and MEP Civil to overhaul USSR characters to look like American PMC operators. Overhauls USSR weapons to include M4BlockII, M60E4, M249, M110 DMR, and the M17 Pistol.
To be used in the Arma Civil War Server, where the US Military is in an active civil war against PMC operatives in a conflict gamemode.
