Operation Flying Cross

Expectations: Specials forces will work there way down to Rougle Hill starting at FOB Thunderbolt, they will make there way directly south towards Old Fire Base, they will then head East and start the search around Rougle Hill eliminating any Enemy forces along the way, when plane has been found they will head to Kharka Dahy where Fireteam Estoc is being held or located at the Southern Castle located inside a mountain. Once fireteam Estoc has been recovered Estoc tells SF that there important equipment and information being taken north to Sarab, SF is to retrieve the intel and destroy the Equipment to deny the enemy from taking control of it, Return to base Debrief

Lore: Post Operation Mighty Hail, After being shot down by enemy SPAA, Estoc make their way back to base using any equipment they had left to fight off enemy recovery forces. A few weeks pass, Estoc is cleared for battle. General Iron is being sent to Afghanistan to prevent the Russian forces from obtaining the oil fields. As Irons final order to Estoc he orders them to continue the fight on the Ukrainian front and not die without him. Estoc and General Iron are separated. Fireteam Estoc and the rest of the 82nd stayed on the Ukrainian front doing a couple more operations dealing devastating blows to the Russian forces. 

Current Day 2024: Estoc is being sent to Japan where they will assist Japanese Forces in a frontal invasion of China. Fireteam Estocs C-130 is shot at by enemy AA over turkmenistan, Estoc is forced to crash land somewhere in Afghanistan. General Iron now known as Captain Iron is commanding the Joint Task Force: Delta in Afghanistan, Captain Iron is readying his forces for future missions on Russian soil. Captain Irons team notifies him of a smoking Aircraft going down south of FOB Thunderbolt. Captain Iron prepares his troops to move out and investigate the aircrafts expected drop location.
