Attachments Fix O.A.I.

Conflict armories usually dont have some of the attachments and sights that are available throught BACON'S M4BLOCKII.
This mod simply takes those items that are ONLY available through ARSENAL BOX and shows them up on the US ARMORY through the WEAPONS BOX.
Also brings a couple more items into the mix from the dependencies listed.
