A Load Loadout Action on Arsenal Box
Description
Since original Load Loadout function only avilabe when spawn. Added the load loadout function so that player do not need to respawn to load their loadout. This mod overrided the original base_arsenal prefab, therefore if any others mod also override base_arsenal prefab may crash.
