Toggle Visibility so Gamemaster can set units as invisible

Teleport to Squadmate context menu. Allows Gamemaster to right-click a unit and quickly teleport a player to a squadmate

Toggle Damage refactored to show in right menus for vehicles and characters, and now also work with any kind of damage source

Refactored addon structure to have custom top folder for best practices with addon compatibility
