msave Discrete GM Save & Load

1. Exposed Load, Save and Save As icons that are disabled / hidden in GM on a dedicated server.

2. GM / Admin saves by pressing the Save or Save As icon. Save creates an !msave default save location. Save-As lets you name it.

3. GM / Admin clicks Load Folder, chooses which save to load and hits enter. The save is hot-loaded, not a full server restart. Current players automatically reconnect once load is complete. 

4. !msave and auto-save files co-exsist in load list. Either can be loaded. !msaves are intentionally distinct to spot easily.
