LICENSE & END-USER AGREEMENT

Copyright (c) 2026 Old Guard Revival (OGR). All rights reserved.
"Material" means the OldGuardEntityRemover modification in whole or in part,
including but not limited to its source code, scripts, configurations, layouts,
assets, data files, compiled packages (.pbo/.pak), and any accompanying
documentation.
"Creator" means the original author of the Material acting on behalf of Old
Guard Revival (OGR), who is and remains the sole copyright holder of the
Material.
"Authorized Persons" means (a) Old Guard Revival (OGR), (b) contributors and
developers expressly approved by the Creator, and (c) select users to whom the
Creator has granted explicit permission, in each case only to the extent of the
permission actually granted.

1. GOVERNING LICENSE (APL-ND)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Material is published under the Arma Public License No Derivatives (APL-ND)
and may be used only within Bohemia Interactive's Arma game series. Except where
this Agreement grants additional permissions to Authorized Persons, all terms of
APL-ND apply. In particular, under APL-ND the general public MAY NOT:
- create, produce, or distribute derivative works of the Material;
- modify, adapt, translate, or build upon the Material;
- use the Material for commercial purposes;
and MAY only share the Material in unmodified form, with attribution, within the
Arma series. Nothing in this Agreement waives or weakens any restriction imposed
by APL-ND; where this Agreement is more restrictive, this Agreement controls to
the fullest extent permitted.

2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Creator. No person other
than an Authorized Person may, without the prior, explicit, written permission
of the Creator:
a) modify, alter, patch, or adapt the Material;
b) create, publish, or distribute any derivative work based on, or
incorporating any portion of, the Material;
c) copy, reproduce, extract, port, or re-host the Material or any portion
of it, whether by hand, by tooling, or by automated means;
d) decompile, disassemble, unpack, deobfuscate, or otherwise reverse
engineer the Material, except to the limited extent this prohibition is
expressly overridden by non-waivable applicable law;
e) reuse, repackage, or redistribute the Material or any portion of it under
a different name, author, mod, or workshop entry;
f) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, credit, or this
Agreement.
Copying, "borrowing," or lifting any part of the Material into another project
without such permission is a violation of this Agreement and of APL-ND, and of
the Creator's copyright.

3. PERMISSION

Permission to do anything reserved in Section 2 must be obtained in advance and
in writing (including durable electronic messages) from the Creator. Any such
permission is limited to exactly what is granted, is non-transferable, applies
only to the named recipient, and may be revoked by the Creator at any time.
Permission granted to one person for one purpose does not extend to any other
person or purpose.

4. PERMITTED END-USER USE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Subject to this Agreement and to APL-ND, an end user is permitted only to
install and run the Material in its unmodified form for its intended purpose.
This permission does not grant any right to modify, derive from, copy, extract,
or redistribute the Material, all of which remain reserved under Section 2.

5. TERMINATION

Any use of the Material outside the permissions granted here automatically
terminates all rights granted to the violating party under this Agreement,
without notice, and without prejudice to any other remedy available to the
Creator or to Bohemia Interactive under APL-ND or applicable law.

6. NO WARRANTY

THE MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR OR
OLD GUARD REVIVAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING
FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MATERIAL OR ITS USE.

7. RELATIONSHIP TO APL-ND
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, APL-ND. To the extent any term
of this Agreement conflicts with a non-waivable term of APL-ND, that APL-ND term
governs; in all other respects the more restrictive term applies. APL-ND is

By downloading, installing, copying, or using the Material you acknowledge that
you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the
Material.
