Description
Phoenix SOP Manual is a readable in-hand briefing book for dedicated servers.
WHAT PLAYERS GET
- An inventory item named SOP Manual (vanilla range-table mesh, map raise animation).
- Hold it to open a formatted overlay: book title, page title, body text, page number.
- Next / previous page from the item actions while it is in hand.
HOW YOU PUBLISH TEXT
Content is not baked into the addon. The dedicated server reads:
  $profile:PhoenixSOP/sop.json
On first boot it writes a starter file if that path is missing. It will not overwrite a file you already edited. Change the JSON, reboot the server, and clients receive the new book. There is no live hot-reload.

Body is Reforger rich text. Newlines become line breaks. Useful tags:
- <br/>
- <color rgba='r,g,b,a'>text</color>
- <image set='...' name='...' scale='1'/>
SPAWN AND ARSENAL
Players are given a copy on spawn if they do not already have one. AI is not given a copy. Optional: add the prefab to your faction equipment catalog if you also want it in arsenal boxes. This addon does not override US/USSR catalogs.
LOAD ORDER
No required mods. Load with your usual stack.
