Summary
Removes placement budget caps for unrestricted Game Master edit mode.
Description
Lightweight base-game-only addon. Game Masters can place props, AI, vehicles, waypoints and systems beyond the normal editor budgets. Original Game Master access permissions and restricted Conflict construction budgets are preserved. Load on the server and all connecting clients together. Budget bars may still show configured totals; these do not block GM placement. Engine AI activation limits remain separate. Version 1.0.0.
