GroundZero EMP Blackout adds an EMP Blackout section to the commanding radial menu (hold ~). Detonate an electromagnetic pulse and every light in the radius goes dark - street lamps, building and industrial lights, lanterns and vehicle lights.

- Detonate EMP (On Me): 100m (Block), 250m (District), 500m (Town), 1000m (City), 2000m (Region).
- Map Click: EMP Target: 250m / 500m / 1000m / 2000m - open the map and click ground zero.
- Restore Power: Here (250m), Here (1000m) - carves powered areas back into a blackout - or Restore All Power.
- Vehicles caught in a fresh blast lose their lights and their engines die; engines cannot restart for 30 seconds.
- The blackout rolls outward from ground zero as a wave, and lamps that switch on at dusk or get flipped back on are knocked out again while the zone is active.
- Only lights the EMP switched off are restored; destroyed lamps stay broken.
- Multiplayer: server-authoritative and replicated. Works on listen and dedicated servers, including players who join mid-game.
- Admin-only: usable by server admins, the listen-server host and in singleplayer; hidden for everyone else and rejected on the server.
- Standalone (base game only). Compatible with Overthrow, SEAL Platoon Command, GroundZero Sandbags and WCS.
