The gun camera starts OFF and allocates its camera/render only when requested. Use the right bezel's Gun camera ON/OFF action. Turning the camera off restores the previous flight/system page and releases the camera render. Viper gun cam and Viper cam mode entries are present in Settings > Controls > Helicopter, but saving a custom binding is a known issue in this test build; use the bezel actions.

The rear pilot operates the head-slaved chin gun and native M229 rockets. The camera tracks the physical gun with its slew limits. The front station can view the displays.

Prototype limitations: UH-1H-derived flight/crew systems; chin gun currently uses 7.62 training ballistics; Hellfire/AIM-9 stores and several auxiliary cockpit controls remain cosmetic. The pilot weapon bridge is single-player. Multiplayer crew authority is unfinished. Native thermal contrast depends on scene material data. This is an experimental release, not a complete AH-1Z simulation.

Aircraft asset: Bell AH-1Z Viper by military Assets (Gumroad). Original Blender/FBX source files are not included. Optional Pilot Visor/Viper HMD integration is separate; the aircraft requires only Arma Reforger.

This mod does not transfer ownership or grant independent reuse rights to
those third-party materials. Original Blender and FBX source files are not
included in this release.

Do not extract, repackage, resell or redistribute the underlying aircraft
assets. Do not redistribute modified copies of this mod without permission
