F_Announcement v1 adds configurable restart warnings and rotating information toasts to Arma Reforger. Admins can reload settings live. It warns players about restarts; it does not restart the server.
Description
F_Announcement is an independent Arma Reforger mod that keeps players informed through two HUD notices. A prominent banner warns when the server’s expected restart cycle reaches configured time thresholds. Smaller information toasts rotate through messages such as server rules, community links, and tips.
The server controls announcement timing and sends notices to connected clients. Server owners can edit $profile:F_AnnouncementConfig.json to set warning times, message order, text, intervals, and display durations. Administrators can apply most changes during a mission with #fannounce_reload. Reloading preserves the current restart cycle and avoids replaying warnings that have already passed.
F_Announcement provides warnings only. It never shuts down or restarts the dedicated server process, and it needs no database, website, or other mod framework.
