- A ring could be coloured for a link while drawn short of it

- Placed markers are held on the server and sent only where the network reaches
- A marker drawn on the paper map stays on paper and reaches nobody
- Device screens can name the player a marker reports
- A radio can state how far it carries the position picture, apart from its speech range

- A relay built from an engineer truck now finds its own radio
