SPEAR TAC - Hoot Rifle

0.1.1

Fixed Turbo T3 suppressor compatibility with HK416 variants and the server's 5.56 weapons. Uses a Mark 3-compatible 5.56 attachment type, broadens the RHS CQBR/M4 muzzle slot to standard 5.56, adds dedicated 5.56 suppressor slots to AK-101/102, and adds a working suppressor slot, attachment stat manager, muzzle effect override and recorded suppressed audio bank to M249 variants. Requires WCS Weapons and RHS Status Quo. Existing Hoot rifle and cover assets and the five recorded shot samples are retained.
