PRAGMATIC SERVERS CUSTOM LICENSE
1. Scope. This content ("the Mod") is the original work of its author for the
Pragmatic Servers community. All rights reserved except as granted below.
2. Platform. The Mod may be used only within Arma Reforger and other Bohemia
Interactive products, in accordance with the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms
of Use.
3. Permitted use. Downloading the Mod via the official Arma Reforger Workshop
entry for the purpose of joining and playing on official Pragmatic Servers
game servers is permitted and encouraged.
4. Server use. Loading, hosting, or operating the Mod (in whole or in part) on
any game server is authorized ONLY on official Pragmatic Servers game
servers. Any other server operator requires prior written permission from
the author.
5. No derivatives / no redistribution. Modification, adaptation, repackaging,
re-upload, or redistribution of the Mod or any part of it, on or off the
Workshop, is prohibited without prior written permission from the author.
Unauthorized rehosting will be met with a takedown request under the
Workshop's IP process.
6. Non-commercial. Commercial use and direct or indirect monetization of the
Mod are prohibited.
7. Third-party and Bohemia Interactive content. Portions derived from Bohemia
Interactive game data remain the property of Bohemia Interactive and are
used under the Workshop Terms of Use; referenced third-party mods (see
addon.gproj Dependencies) remain under their own licenses. This license
applies to the author's original work only.
