Phaseline - Loadout Editor

PHASELINE - UNIVERSAL ATTACHMENT HOSTS
Created by Vagrant | Phaseline Research & Development Group

Universal Attachment Hosts adds three independent equipment layers to every character, each in its own native slot:
- Universal Headgear: 16 accessory positions (NOD mount, ear protection, left/right rails, top and more)
- Universal Armor: 24 positions for armor and chest-rig accessories
- Universal Waist: 24 positions, including left and right droplegs

Your actual helmet, armor, rig and belt stay in their original slots and keep their protection, storage and behavior. The hosts carry no models of their own.

HOW TO USE
In the Phaseline Loadout Editor, equip the garment, open its attachment view and select Universal. Position accessories with the fitting sliders, numeric fields or 3D handles (up to +/-10 m, with 10/100/1000/10000 mm slider ranges). The anchors are starting positions, so fine-tune each fit to your gear.

GEAR THAT STAYS WITH YOU
Each layer belongs to the character, not the garment. Swap or remove your helmet, vest or belt and your fitted accessories keep their place and offsets. Remove accessories one at a time, or remove the whole assembly through its Universal slot. Pouch storage, magazines and contents are untouched.

Compact items with off-center model origins (such as battery packs) pivot around their visible center, so they rotate in place.

LIGHTWEIGHT
No per-frame updates, timers or scripted transform-following. The engine keeps each slot on its bone. NOD mechanisms stay event-driven.

COMPATIBILITY
- Works with gear from any loaded mod. Accessories are recognized by their wearable type, and the original mods still provide the items.
- Contains no third-party prefabs, models or scripts. Its only override adds three slots to the vanilla character.
- Existing fits made with older Phaseline compatibility adapters are not migrated. Keep those adapters loaded for saves that use them.
- Arsenal restrictions still apply. Strict whitelists must include the Phaseline universal host as well as the accessories.
