CJRP ARMA REFORGER MOD - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, HOSTING, OR USING THIS MOD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS BELOW.
1. PURPOSE
This Mod is created strictly for use within CJRP servers, for the sole purpose of providing entertainment content within Arma Reforger. It is intended solely for lawful use in authorised environments, and only under the permissions expressly granted here.
2. AUTHORISED SERVER USE
Use of this Mod on any unauthorised server is strictly prohibited. Only servers holding explicit written approval from the owner (Fortue / OG Elvis) may host, operate, access, or utilise this Mod. Permission grants limited use rights only, and transfers no ownership, intellectual property, licensing, derivative, or other interest.
3. OWNERSHIP
All code, scripts, configurations, assets, textures, models, resources, files, and associated content remain the sole and exclusive property of the owner (Fortue / OG Elvis). No ownership, intellectual property, licensing, derivative, or transferable interest is granted. No right or permission is implied through access, possession, hosting, operation, download, or use beyond what is expressly granted in writing.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Except where expressly authorised in writing by the owner, no individual or entity may: modify; reverse engineer; decompile; disassemble; extract resources; redistribute; re-upload; copy or reproduce content; reskin; create derivative works; repurpose; integrate any portion into other projects; or steal, reproduce, or replicate any code, resources, configurations, or associated content. These restrictions apply to both complete and partial use.
5. CONSENT REQUIREMENTS
Any permission or authorisation must be in written form, must clearly identify the owner (Fortue / OG Elvis), must clearly identify the permissions granted, must clearly establish authenticity, and must be issued directly by the owner. Verbal approval, assumptions, indirect statements, third-party claims, unverified screenshots, or unofficial communications do not constitute valid permission. Attempts to imitate, forge, falsify, manipulate, or misrepresent authorisation may result in legal action.
6. COMMERCIAL USE AND MONETISATION
This Mod may not be sold, licensed for payment, commercially distributed, repurposed for commercial use, or monetised directly. Use on a monetised server does not grant permission to monetise the Mod itself, and under no circumstances permits direct profit from the Mod. Authorised use on monetised servers requires full compliance with all applicable Bohemia Interactive monetisation terms and policies.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This Mod is provided strictly "AS IS", without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. The owner provides no guarantee of functionality, reliability, performance, compatibility, availability, uninterrupted service, or fitness for any purpose, and is under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, bug fixes, patches, or continued access.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By using this Mod you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. The owner assumes no liability for data loss, file corruption, system damage, server instability, service interruptions, software conflicts, loss of access, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Users assume all risks arising from use.
9. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE DISCLAIMER
This Mod is not owned, produced, endorsed, sponsored, or supported by Bohemia Interactive.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
The owner may modify, update, replace, suspend, discontinue, remove, or alter any portion of this Mod or this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use following modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. REVOCATION
The owner may revoke, suspend, or withdraw any granted permission, authorisation, or access right at any time, with or without cause. Upon revocation, all use rights immediately terminate.
12. TERMINATION
Violation of any provision immediately terminates all permissions and rights granted under this license. Following termination, all use must immediately cease and hosting, distribution, and access rights terminate. Continued use after termination may constitute unauthorised use.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is determined invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
15. ENFORCEMENT
Failure to comply may result in immediate permission revocation, takedown requests, access removal, and pursuit of all legal remedies available under applicable law.
BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, HOSTING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THIS MOD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS AGREEMENT.

This LICENSE applies to this addon (Concrete_Jungle_Assets) and to the wider
Concrete Jungle RP mod of which it forms a part.

"the Mod" means the original scripts, configurations, layouts, prefabs, models,
textures, sounds, and other assets in this addon that are the work of the
Concrete Jungle RP team, EXCLUDING the Third-Party Components in Section 6.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Mod is the original work of, and is owned by, the copyright holder. All
rights are reserved except as expressly granted below or as required by the
licenses of the Third-Party Components.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Except with the prior written permission of the copyright holder, and except
where the licenses of the Third-Party Components (Section 6) grant such rights,
you may NOT:
(a) copy, redistribute, republish, mirror, sell, or sublicense the Mod;
(b) decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, extract, or repackage the Mod;
(c) create derivative works from the Mod;
(d) remove or alter this notice.
Playing on and connecting to the official Concrete Jungle RP server is permitted.
4. AI / MACHINE-LEARNING / AUTOMATED-ANALYSIS PROHIBITION
The copyright holder does NOT consent to, and expressly prohibits, without prior
written permission:
(a) use of the Mod, in whole or in part, as training, fine-tuning, or
evaluation data for any machine-learning model, large language model, or
generative-AI system;
(b) automated ingestion, scraping, crawling, indexing, embedding, or
vectorization of the Mod's source or assets;
(c) automated analysis, summarisation, or decompilation of the Mod by any AI
agent, large language model, or code-analysis tool;
(d) reproduction of the Mod's code or assets, in whole or in part, by or
through any AI/ML system.
This Section applies only to the Mod as defined in Section 1.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY & LIABILITY
THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH
THE MOD OR ITS USE.
6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
This addon may bundle or depend on components NOT owned by the copyright holder,
which remain governed by their own licenses. Nothing here overrides those
licenses; where they conflict with Sections 3-4, the third-party license
prevails for that component. Known components (VERIFY & COMPLETE):

IMPORTANT: GPL-2.0 components (e.g. ACE-Anvil) carry copyleft obligations. To the
extent any part of this addon is a derivative of a GPL-2.0 component, that part
must be made available under GPL-2.0 and the restrictions in Sections 3-4 do NOT
apply to it. Obtain qualified legal advice before publishing under
all-rights-reserved terms.
