Operator Bridge Factions — first iteration.

  Registers Arma2Factions's existing ChDKZ (Chedaki militants) as a SCR_CampaignFaction
  in active PVE Conflict scenarios, so IPC AutonomousCaptureAI spawns them as enemies
  with full Arma2Factions character / weapon / vehicle / inventory catalogs intact.

  Dependencies: Arma2Factions, RHS Status Quo, WCS Core, WCS Attachments, ConflictPVERemixedVanilla2.0.

  Status: testing build. Not for general use.

  Then click Publish. Workbench will Build first then upload. When it finishes, it'll show a Workshop URL with the real assigned GUID — paste me that URL or the GUID. I'll handle the server-side install (snapshot → add to serverConfig.json with version: "" →
  restart).

  If anything errors during Build, screenshot the error and we'll iterate.
