Purpose:
- Makes existing E01, E02, and E03 street-light poles substantially brighter.
- Expands the useful road illumination radius from 20 m to 30 m.
- Preserves the original cool and warm lamp colors.
- Improves volumetric light visibility in rain and light fog.
- Automatically affects the existing Glenwood streetlights.
- Does not edit Glenwood or any saved world layer.
- Contains no server-frame update loop and is cross-platform compatible.
