Description
Authenticated server admins can place Game Master entities even when the editor budget is exhausted. Works with the active scenario's existing asset catalog and requires no specific scenario or third-party addon. Does not grant admin access, add assets, change browser filters, remove limited-editor restrictions, or alter scenario economies. The budget meter remains visible.
