Summary
One shared /atg chat command that other ATG mods add their controls to
Description
ATG Commands adds a single chat command, /atg, and lets other ATG mods put
their controls underneath it. Instead of learning a different command per
mod, an administrator learns one word.
/atg List every command available on this server
/atg status Report what each ATG mod is doing, one line per topic
/atg whoami Report which server roles you hold
/atg altitude Report the Game Master camera height, or set it
/atg reload Re-read every ATG mod's settings file, without a restart
/atg rplprobe Measure what one player's connection will carry
reload and rplprobe appear only with ATG Core loaded as well, and both need
the administrator role. Testing another player's connection asks them first.
The list is generated from what is actually loaded, so it is always accurate
for that server. Every loaded ATG mod adds its own lines to /atg status.
Commands declare the authority they need and a higher role satisfies a lower
one; a player without it is told which role the command wants rather than
being ignored.
On its own this mod does very little. Its value is that everything else lives
in one place.
RCON
The same commands are reachable over RCON through two keywords:
#atg Admin permission. Reaches every command exposed over RCON.
#atgmonitor Monitor permission. Reaches only commands that read state.
Send the keyword that matches your server's rcon permission: a keyword's level
has to match the listener rather than be outranked by it, and the wrong one is
refused as "missing permission".
A command is reachable over RCON only if it asked to be, so installing this
mod exposes nothing that was not written to be exposed.
Arguments reach a command exactly as typed. Only the command word itself is
case-insensitive.
Typing #atg in chat answers with a note to use /atg instead.
LOAD ORDER
Load ATG Core first, then ATG Commands, then any ATG mod that uses it. Mods
find it by load order rather than by declaring it as a dependency, so a mod
ordered ahead of it comes up with no chat commands at all, and with ATG Core
ordered after it reload and rplprobe are missing.
