Fixed all Deep Snow numeric slider bindings and preset persistence. Fixed Start Snow, Stop / Thaw, Fresh Powder, Maximum Blizzard, Calm Snow and Clear Marks actions. Wired Winterize snowfall and whiteout weather, accumulation timing, footprints, wheeled vehicle tracks and snow handling. Winterize Terrain is now a required dependency.
