Air Assets for KOVA x ATAK

AIR ASSETS - AC130 COMPATIBILITY
By V-KING

Bring Spookie into your KOVA ATAK workflow.

This optional addon connects Air Assets to USASOC AI AC-130 Spooky. Open Fixed Wing > GUNSHIP, choose a target on the ATAK map or from a Congo point, review the mission and send it to the friendly AI gunship.

FEATURES
- Fire mission and guns-cold overwatch.
- 25 mm GAU-12, 40 mm Bofors and 105 mm M102 selection.
- 1-10 bursts / rounds and five orbit heights.
- Cease fire while maintaining the orbit; return to base through the original autopilot.
- Server-confirmed mission status and Spookie location on the ATAK map.
- Friendly AI pilot checks and explicit danger-close signing.
- The same compact ATAK interface as CAS, Airlift and Rotary Wing.

SETUP
Enable this addon with Air Assets 1.3.2 or later and USASOC AI AC-130 Spooky. Game Master must prepare RWY START / RWY END comments, place the upstream AC-130U near its runway and seat a friendly AI pilot. One gunship is controlled by the upstream mod.

Target selection does not launch a mission: use SEND after reviewing settings. Congo points select targets. The gunship uses its original left-hand orbit; CAS attack corridors and custom route avoidance are not supplied by this addon. The original USASOC Drones live feed remains available through its native controls.

OPTIONAL INTEGRATION
The base Air Assets addon remains separate. F35 Compatibility and C130 Compatibility are optional and are not required by this extension.

CREDITS
V-KING: original Air Assets integration, ATAK interface and workshop artwork.
N1C / USASOC and the upstream authors: AI gunship, aircraft, flight systems, weapons and dependencies.
KOVA: ATAK platform and plugin system.
Congo Tactical Graphics authors: map graphics.

This addon extends the required mods; it does not redistribute their code or aircraft assets.
