PROBLEM
On the deploy screen (loadout preview) and while joining a server, projectiles such as grenades and rockets are created in a context with no valid game world. GC Suppression then throws script errors ("NULL pointer to instance 'm_World'" in GC_SuppressionSystem.GetInstance) from OnEffect and OnDelete, leaving those projectiles half cleaned up. The next projectile created crashes the client (Access violation). Seen twice on our server with identical crash signatures.

WHAT THIS PATCH DOES
- GC_SuppressionEffect.OnEffect and GC_ProjectileComponent.OnDelete are skipped when there is no game/world. Everything else is untouched: in normal gameplay the suppression works exactly as before.
- Contains no code from GC Suppression.

REQUIRES
- GC Suppression and Kiichi Fixes (core) 1.0.4 or newer. Load at the END of the mod list, after Kiichi Fixes.

This patch is also licensed under the APL (non-commercial, Arma only).
