Nine-Line Radio AI

Nine-Line Radio AI is a server-authoritative radio desk for MEDEVAC and CAS nine-line calls in Arma Reforger.

WINDOWS PC VOICE WORKFLOW
- Hold F9, speak naturally, then release
- Offline speech recognition converts the call into validated commands
- The game records the normalized value and selected code for each line in the active request; AI acknowledgments and readbacks use those recorded choices
- LIFELINE/HAWG replies are spoken through offline Windows text-to-speech
- Paper call-up: "Break, break, break. [call sign] calling for a nine line."
- Wait for the AI acknowledgment, then say "Nine line is as follows."
- Say "How copy?" for readback, "Belay that" before a correction, and "Fly for flight" after the correct readback; the paper flight does not take off until that phrase
- After "Fly for flight," send lines 6-9 and the general-area/incoming-fire situation while the responder is en route
- Do not start another nine-line while one is in progress

The public Reforger addon API does not expose VoN microphone audio or transcripts. Voice therefore requires the separate Windows Nine-Line Voice Companion running locally on 127.0.0.1. It stores no audio, uses no cloud service, and needs no API key. The companion must be installed separately; the Workshop addon cannot launch Windows programs. Consoles and PCs without the companion can use the /9line chat fallback.

PAPER MEDEVAC CODES
- L1: Eight-digit pickup grid, for example "0123 break 4567"
- L2: Frequency and call sign, for example "Alpha Two on 65 flat in the clear"
- L3: Alpha urgent; Bravo priority; Charlie routine; Delta convenience
- L4: Alpha none; Bravo hoist; Charlie medical resupply; Delta ventilator (some equipment is not simulated)
- L5: Lima litter/cannot move or fight; Alpha ambulatory/can move
- L6: November no enemy; Papa enemy possible; Echo enemy in area; X-Ray enemy shooting at us
- L7: Alpha panels (not in game); Bravo flares; Charlie smoke/no color; Delta no mark (do not use); Echo other marking
- L8: Alpha US military; Bravo US civilian; Charlie non-US military; Delta non-US civilian; Echo POW; include patient counts
- L9: November nuclear; Bravo biological; Charlie chemical; None none; then give the general area/situation and incoming-fire direction

These frequencies are training examples only. The addon checks for a powered radio but does not enforce a tuned game channel.

If a helicopter crashes, the paper safety call is "FALLEN ANGEL" on 65.0. This does not automatically create an aircraft-recovery mission.

IMPORTANT: "Fly for flight" is retained as the paper dispatch phrase. The automatic stock-scenario responder is a GROUND AMBULANCE. A helicopter is not spawned unless the mission explicitly configures or provides one.

Version 0.2.0 corrects the chat-manager load failure from 0.1.0 and adds the PC voice bridge, paper-protocol phraseology, and automatic stock-scenario ground MEDEVAC response.
