SHADOW RP - GLENWOOD AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC SIGNALS

This addon patches Glenwood's two existing traffic-light prefabs. It does not edit
the world, move any placed objects, or affect ordinary streetlights.

Cycle per intersection direction:
- Green: 20 seconds
- Amber: 3 seconds
- All-red clearance: 2 seconds
- Opposing direction then receives the same cycle

All instances use the same local clock and select their direction group from their
existing world rotation. The dedicated server does not create rendering lights.
