1. Covered material
This license covers the ARCL Billboard addon and only the original code, models, textures, materials, and promotional images included with it that the rights holder owns or is authorized to license ("Covered Material"). Third-party material, game content, trademarks, and platform or tool components are excluded and remain subject to their owners' terms.
2. Who may use it
"ARCL" means the ARCL community and its administrators. "Authorized ARCL Users" means ARCL administrators, operators of ARCL-managed servers, and players who need the addon to join or participate on those servers.
3. Permission
The rights holder grants ARCL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, revocable permission to install, run, and make necessary backup copies of the Covered Material solely for operating ARCL-managed servers and enabling Authorized ARCL Users to participate on them. ARCL may provide the unmodified addon to Authorized ARCL Users through the distribution method required to join an ARCL server. Any listing or distribution must carry this license and may be used only for ARCL servers.
ARCL may make private changes for ARCL server use. Changed versions and derivative works remain subject to this license and may be provided only to Authorized ARCL Users for ARCL server use.
4. Restrictions
No one may use the Covered Material for a non-ARCL server, community, project, or service. No one may sell it, charge for access to it, sublicense it, or distribute, rehost, publish, or provide it to people outside the Authorized ARCL Users. No one may claim ownership of the Covered Material or remove copyright or license notices.
5. Termination
This permission ends automatically for any person who breaks these terms. The rights holder may also revoke ARCL's permission by written notice. After termination, the affected recipient must stop using and distributing the Covered Material and delete copies they control, except copies required to be retained by law.
6. No warranty
The Covered Material is provided "as is", without warranty to the extent permitted by law. The rights holder is not responsible for claims or losses arising from its use, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
7. Questions and exceptions
All questions, requests for permission, and requests for exceptions must be directed to Leethy or Hyper. An exception is valid only when confirmed in writing by the rights holder.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Covered Material.License
