Established Bases Plus

Established Bases Plus

Summary

Randomly sets 1/3 of ConflictPVERemixedVanilla2.0 bases to partially established for a different experience each playthrough.

Description

Established Bases PLUS

Expands the Conflict PvE experience by turning many of Everon’s otherwise simple capture points into more believable military positions.
Rather than populating every possible location at once, 22 base layouts are randomly selected from a pool of 65. It is designed to keep those bases distributed across the island rather than clustering them into one area.
The result is a campaign that feels different from one fresh start to the next.

Features

- 65 Established Base locations
- 22 bases selected randomly on each fresh campaign
- Selection favors geographic spread across Everon
- Defensive positions, machine-gun nests, antennas, vehicle support, ammunition facilities, helipads and others
- Compatible vehicle families are randomized so the exact vehicle at a location is not always identical
- Designed specifically around Conflict PvE
- Intended to add variety without replacing the underlying Conflict capture system
Each campaign should therefore give you a different combination of developed enemy positions to locate, assault and capture.

Designed For

Gramps' Conflict PvE Remixed Vanilla 2.0
This was built around Gramps' Conflict PvE and is intended to be used with either the normal PVE or PVE 4x scenario. It does not replace the core Conflict PvE systems, it expands upon it.

Recommended Mods

These are not required for the base-placement system itself, but they work especially well with Established Bases PLUS:
- Gramps' Conflict PvE Remixed Vanilla 2.0
The primary scenario Established Bases PLUS was designed around.
- Vehicle Sabotage Pack
Adds the possibility of enemy AI sabotaging eligible vehicles and helicopters around bases, making vehicle capture and base clearing less predictable.
- RandoMiner
Adds randomized mine placement around eligible established bases, giving some fortified positions an additional defensive threat.
- !msave Discrete
Useful for dedicated Conflict PvE servers that want manual server-side saves, Save As, overwrite support and access to the normal Reforger save pool without requiring Longbow.

A Note About Fresh Campaigns

The random Established Base selection is made for a new playthrough. Existing active saves are deliberately left alone so PLUS does not suddenly rebuild, restore or reposition bases in the middle of an ongoing campaign.
If you want a new random selection of Established Bases, begin a fresh Conflict PvE campaign.
