Added an Everon-focused convoy mission for DarcMissions with AI-driven road patrols and vehicle-based loot rewards. Convoys can now use vanilla military/civilian vehicles and Police Squad Car variants, with Foggy items and Foggy Dollars included in the vehicle loot. Improved mission placement, spacing, cleanup timing, and standard weapon loot scanning for Everon servers.
