Added crash-resistant persistence for placed events, locations, Director settings, and event properties.
Reduced script initialization pressure for compatibility with larger mod collections.
Reduced polling and unnecessary log activity.
Event alerts now respect their configured display duration.
Helicopter Crash map markers are disabled as intended.
Validated with Arma Reforger 1.8.0.10 and Loot Stashes 0.0.16.
