Changes:
- The rope (FastropeItem) was a map-destructible entity spawned at runtime on helicopters, which the engine does not support and which preceded client crashes. It is replaced by KF_FastropeRope (same model and action, not destructible). UH-1H and Mi-8 rope slots point to it.
- ExitFastrope rewritten: safe ejection of all occupants, null checks, the hook is always cleaned up and never deleted with a living player inside.
- Safety guards on ICR_FastropeSystem and DestroyDelay.

Requires: Fastroping and Kiichi Fixes. Load at the END of the mod list.
This patch is also licensed under the APL (non-commercial, Arma only).
