Description
Server-side multiplier for SCR_EditorBudgetData: base vehicle allowance 50 becomes 250 GM placement points, letting the 181st GM ecosystem place many more vehicles per scenario. No automatic spawns, no changes to any other budget category. Test candidate for the 181st Special Activities server.
