This content is made available only for non-commercial end-use in Arma
Reforger, without permission to monetize it in any way. It may not be shared
or adapted in any way or form. Use only authorized on Extremo servers.
Third-party files credited in Section 5 keep their own licenses.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Mod" means the Arma Reforger Workshop item with the ID given above, in all
its versions, and everything in it: scripts, configs, prefabs, layouts,
worlds, 3D models, textures, materials, animations, sounds, icons, images
and texts.
"Licensor" means Remenant, who publishes the Mod through the Bohemia
Account "Remenant" and owns or is entitled to license the original
material in it.
"Official Listing" means the page

"Authorized Server" means a game server run by the Licensor, or a server for
which the Licensor has given permission as Section 10 requires. In the
summary, "Extremo servers" means Authorized Servers.
"You" means any person or entity that downloads, copies or uses the Mod.
2. WHAT YOU MAY DO
Subject to this license, the Licensor gives You a personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable permission to:
a) download the Mod from the Official Listing through the game or the
Workshop;
b) load the Mod in Arma Reforger and play with it on Authorized Servers;
c) allow the game to make the temporary copies that a) and b) technically
require;
d) make and share screenshots, gameplay videos and streams that show the Mod
in use, as long as no file of the Mod is distributed. They may earn money
only as far as Bohemia Interactive's Game Content Usage Rules allow.
Nothing else is permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. WHAT YOU MAY NEVER DO
You may not:
a) use the Mod or any part of it for any commercial purpose;
b) monetize the Mod or any part of it, directly or indirectly, in any way;
c) use the Mod or any part of it outside Bohemia Interactive's own products.
The Licensor gives no permission for a) to c). Showing the Mod in screenshots,
videos and streams as Section 2 d) allows is not a breach of a) to c).
4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION
Without the prior written permission of the Licensor, You may not:
a) reupload, publish, mirror, share or otherwise distribute the Mod or any
part of it, in original or modified form, on the Workshop or anywhere
else, under any name or account. Credit is not permission;
b) unpack, decrypt or extract files of the Mod, or open the Mod in Arma
Reforger Tools or another editing tool, for any purpose other than
playing under Section 2, unless mandatory law allows it;
c) copy, adapt, translate, port, convert, retexture or otherwise make
derivative works of the Mod or any part of it;
d) include any file of the Mod, or any part of one, in another mod, addon,
mod pack, scenario, compilation, repository or archive. This applies to
every kind of file, even if renamed, reformatted, re-saved or partly
rewritten;
e) host the Mod on, or use it with, any server that is not an Authorized
Server;
f) use the Mod or any part of it in any game other than Arma Reforger;
g) remove, hide or change any copyright, authorship or license notice, or
present the Mod or any part of it as Your own work.
The author of a mod that lists the Mod as a dependency acquires no rights in
the Mod. Such a mod must not contain any file of the Mod or any part of one.
5. WHAT THIS LICENSE DOES NOT CLAIM
This license covers only the material that the Licensor created or holds the
rights to. It makes no claim to the following.
a) Bohemia Interactive content. Parts of the Mod are based on or refer to
Arma Reforger game content. Bohemia Interactive a.s. keeps all its rights
in that content.
b) Third-party files. The Mod includes files taken from the Workshop mods
listed below and files that the Licensor changed or made from their
material. This license does not apply to the unchanged files and adds no
condition to them: each is offered to You by its author under the license
named, "as is" and without warranties.

Where the Licensor changed or built on APL material, that material stays
under APL and only the Licensor's own additions are covered by Sections 2
to 4.
No other file of the Licensor is offered under these licenses. This license
also claims no rights in any other material of other authors; if the Mod
contains such material, it stays under its author's terms.

c) Trademarks. All trademarks belong to their owners. The Mod is not
affiliated with or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive a.s. or any trademark
owner.
6. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE AND THE WORKSHOP
This is a custom license under Section 3 of the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms
of Use. Nothing in it limits the rights that Bohemia Interactive a.s. has
under those Terms of Use, including the right to host the Mod and deliver it
to users through the Workshop. If this license conflicts with those Terms of
Use or with the Arma Reforger license agreements, they prevail. Bohemia
Interactive a.s. may copy and examine the Mod to handle reports.
7. TERMINATION
Your permission ends automatically as soon as You breach this license. You
must then stop using the Mod and delete every copy of the Licensor's
material that You hold. The permission is not reinstated unless the Licensor
reinstates it in writing. The Licensor may also withdraw this permission at
any time.
8. ENFORCEMENT
The Licensor reports unauthorized copies and derivatives to Bohemia
Interactive for removal from the Workshop and may use any other remedy
available. If the Licensor does not act on a breach, that is not permission.
9. NO WARRANTY
The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the
law allows, the Licensor is not liable for damage resulting from its use.
10. GENERAL
By downloading or using the Mod, You accept this license. If You do not
accept it, do not download or use the Mod. This text applies to every version
of the Mod published under it. A later text applies only to versions
published after it. Permission is valid only if the Licensor gives it in
writing from [email protected] or publishes it on the Official Listing.
Nobody else can give it. If a part of this license cannot be enforced, the
rest stays in force. Only this English text is binding.
