Added Pilot Override behavior.

When Pilot Override is enabled, the vehicle uses the driver's perceived faction and applies it to the vehicle perception logic. This makes undercover vehicle gameplay easier to control during missions.

Added perceived faction support for vehicles.

Vehicles can now have a perceived faction without changing their real faction. This helps avoid the previous issue where changing the vehicle faction could prevent some players from entering the vehicle.

Added mixed faction handling for vehicle occupants.

If multiple occupants inside the same vehicle have different perceived factions, the vehicle will now be treated as NO_FACTION instead of inheriting only one side.
