Changelog Added Hunter corrupt-package detection before waypoint assignment. Validates Hunter group, living leader/unit, finite position, zero vector, raw Y, surface Y, and terrain height delta. Replaced trusted Hunter movement origin from SCR_AIGroup.GetOrigin() with living unit/leader-derived origin. Added guarded terrain snapping so absurd Y values are rejected before waypoint spawn. Added corrupt Hunter recovery path: [JLH CPEB HUNTER_RECOVER] result=cleanup reason=invalid_group_position pos=... Prevented retarget/waypoint retry spam against the same corrupted Hunter group. Marked Hunter attacks cleanup-pending during cleanup to block further tracking orders. Audited ghost/remat vector usage; no Y/Z component misuse found. No gameplay systems have been redesigned and no gameplay balance changes have been made. Improved Optimized ambient threat cleanup evaluation by delaying expensive visibility and line-of-sight checks until they are actually required. Optimized ambient vehicle patrol cleanup evaluation using the same deferred visibility checking approach. Improved base defender and supply depot defender validation by avoiding unnecessary LOS calculations when earlier safety checks already determine the outcome. Reduced unnecessary player-array processing during vehicle cleanup evaluations. Added shared prefab validation caching to reduce repeated validation work across multiple systems. Improved internal asset validation performance while maintaining full compatibility with existing systems. Added automatic cleanup of stale ambient anchor records. Added pruning and size management for internal ambient threat throttle tracking. Reduced unnecessary debug overhead by preventing vehicle runtime logging work when related debug options are disabled. Recent Update Changelog Fixed Added safer cleanup for QRF and Recapture vehicles. QRF/Recapture vehicles should no longer be deleted if a player is inside, nearby, looking at them, or has captured/used them. Fixed ambient/non-attack AI accidentally being able to count toward base capture. Ambient threats, ambient vehicles, roadblocks, MG positions, building occupants, hunters, and static defenders are now blocked from seizing. Improved defender spawn safety. Base defenders, replacement defenders, and supply depot guards now use safer spawn finding instead of unsafe fixed-offset positions. Preserved QRF and Recapture remain seizing-capable. US and USSR scoring behavior was not changed. Base/static defenders remain one-time spawns. Config defaults were not changed. HQ, deployment, start flow, and vanilla capture ownership were not changed.
