A clean helicopter service pad built with the game no-affiliation Vehicle Service and Fuel Service interaction points. It has no dirt mound, rocks, or restricted-area sign. Any player can use it regardless of faction to access the configured helicopter spawn choices; each player has a 15-second cooldown between spawns. Includes a shared helicopter map marker.
