1. SCOPE AND RIGHTS HOLDERS
This license applies to the protectable content of UNSC Crewman Uniforms that
its authorized publisher is entitled to license, including its models, meshes,
textures, materials, animations, sounds, scripts, interfaces, prefabs and other
files, in source or compiled form (the Content). This includes the crewman
equipment, Paris-class ship, naval terminal, designator and associated systems.
Ownership remains with the respective rights holders. Downloading or possessing
the Content does not transfer ownership or grant asset-reuse rights.
2. LIMITED GAMEPLAY PERMISSION
You may download the official release, install it, and run it as supplied for
non-commercial gameplay in Arma Reforger, including on non-commercial servers.
Only copies technically necessary for that installation and operation are
permitted. Obtain the addon through its authorized distribution channel. Server
operators may reference the official Workshop addon as a required dependency;
this does not authorize copying its assets into another addon or republishing it.
3. PROHIBITED USES
Except for the limited permission above, applicable mandatory law, or a separate
written permission from a rights holder authorized to grant it, you may not:
- Redistribute, reupload, mirror, publish, share, transfer, sell or sublicense
the Content, in whole or in part, whether free of charge or for payment.
- Include the Content in another mod, modpack, asset library, repository,
download bundle or server pack that redistributes files.
- Extract, rip, export, convert or otherwise recover models, textures, sounds,
scripts or other assets for reuse, modification or distribution.
- Copy, adapt, retexture, modify, port or create derivative assets from the
Content, or use it as source material for another project or product.
- Use the Content outside Bohemia Interactive products. This license grants
end-use permission only for Arma Reforger, not for other games or engines.
- Remove or alter ownership, attribution or license notices, or claim another
rights holder's work as your own.
Credit alone is not permission. Renaming files, changing formats, modifying an
asset, or distributing it privately does not create permission to reuse it.
Silence or failure to respond to a permission request is not consent.
4. NO COMMERCIAL USE OR MONETIZATION
Commercial use and any direct or indirect monetization of the Content are
prohibited. No sale, paid redistribution, paid access to the Content, or use of
the Content as a paid benefit is authorized by this license.
5. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS AND PLATFORM TERMS
This license does not claim ownership of Halo intellectual property, Bohemia
Interactive content, or any other third-party material. Third-party material
remains subject to its applicable rights, permissions and licenses. This license
does not replace those terms or restrict permissions independently granted by
their rights holders. Existing credits and required notices remain applicable.
Nothing here limits the operation of the official Arma Reforger Workshop or
rights granted to Bohemia Interactive under its applicable terms, including
authorized hosting, delivery and updates. Mandatory legal exceptions remain
unaffected. Permissions validly granted under licenses for earlier releases are
not retroactively revoked by this license.
6. BREACH AND DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by applicable law, permission under this license ends
upon breach. You must stop unauthorized use and distribution and remove copies
you are no longer entitled to retain. The Content is supplied as is, without
warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Non-excludable consumer rights
and liabilities remain unaffected.
For permissions concerning publisher-controlled material, contact the publisher
through the official Workshop listing. Permission must identify the specific
material and permitted use and does not waive applicable third-party or platform
restrictions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
