Description
Flashlight Scotched is a cosmetic/utility mod that adds flashlights attached with colored scotch tape to the AK-74 and AKS-74U.
The mod includes different color variants for team identification:
Ukrainian side:
Blue, Yellow, and Red scotch variants.
Russian side:
Red and White scotch variants.
This mod is made to improve visual identification and immersion while keeping the weapons looking improvised and realistic for modern conflict scenarios.

## 2. PERMITTED PERSONAL USE
You may download and use this addon for personal gameplay inside Arma Reforger, provided that your use follows this license and Bohemia Interactive’s rules.
Personal use does not give permission to reupload, repack, modify, monetize, port, or use the addon on unauthorized public or private servers.

## 3. SERVER USE REQUIRES WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION
This addon is not open for unrestricted server deployment.
A server owner, server operator, community, clan, unit, or hosting provider may only use this addon on a game server after receiving written authorization from the Author.
Written authorization may be granted through Discord, email, website message, ticket system, or another written method accepted by the Author.
Authorization is limited only to the server, community, or project specifically approved by the Author. Authorization may not be transferred, sold, shared, sublicensed, or extended to other servers or communities without new written permission.

## 4. BANNED COMMUNITIES AND INDIVIDUALS
The Author reserves the right, subject to applicable law and Bohemia Interactive's mandatory terms, to explicitly exclude specific communities, organizations, groups, servers, and individuals from the permissions granted under this license.
Any community or individual identified in the lists below is expressly prohibited under this license from:
- Using, loading, hosting, or deploying this addon on any public or private Arma Reforger server.
- Using this addon for personal gameplay where such restriction is permitted under applicable law and platform terms.
- Reuploading, repacking, modifying, redistributing, or incorporating this addon into another project.
- Obtaining authorization through alternative accounts, community names, server identities, or third parties to circumvent the restriction.
- Using another community, organization, server, or individual as an intermediary to access or deploy this addon without authorization.
### 4.1. BANNED COMMUNITIES
The following communities, organizations, groups, and their identified associated servers are excluded from the permissions granted by this license:

### 4.2. BANNED INDIVIDUALS
The following individuals and their identifiable alternative accounts are excluded from the permissions granted by this license:

### 4.3. CIRCUMVENTION OF RESTRICTIONS
A banned community or individual may not circumvent these restrictions by:
- Creating or using alternative accounts.
- Renaming or rebranding an existing community.
- Transferring server ownership or management for the purpose of bypassing this restriction.
- Operating through another community, organization, or hosting provider.
- Requesting another individual to host or deploy the addon on their behalf.
These restrictions apply to the specifically identified banned entities and individuals, including verified successor identities or accounts under their control.
### 4.4. AUTOMATIC BANS OF PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, AND ASSOCIATED ENTITIES
Any community, organization, group, server, or individual that is partnered with, affiliated with, officially associated with, or operating in collaboration with a banned community or individual is automatically included in the ban restrictions established under Section 4 of this license.
This automatic restriction includes, but is not limited to:
- Official partners and partnered communities.
- Affiliated communities, organizations, clans, groups, and individuals.
- Communities sharing ownership, administration, management, or leadership with a banned entity.
- Communities or individuals participating in official partnerships, joint projects, or collaborative server operations with banned entities.
- Sister communities, subsidiary organizations, associated projects, and related servers.
- Communities or individuals acting on behalf of, representing, supporting, or facilitating the operations of banned entities in connection with this addon.
- Communities or individuals indirectly affiliated through another partnered or associated entity.
**These restrictions apply automatically, even if the affiliated community or individual is not explicitly named in the banned communities or individuals lists.**
A separate entry in the ban list, individual notification, or additional announcement from the Author is not required for an entity falling within these restrictions to be considered excluded from the permissions granted by this license.
The restrictions remain applicable for as long as the relevant affiliation exists, unless the Author explicitly grants an exception in writing.
Ending a partnership or affiliation does not automatically restore server authorization. Any previously excluded community or individual must obtain written authorization from the Author before deploying the addon on a server.
The Author retains the right to determine whether a partnership, affiliation, or association falls within these restrictions, subject to applicable law and Bohemia Interactive's mandatory terms.

## 5. REVOCATION OF SERVER AUTHORIZATION
The Author may revoke server authorization at any time.
After authorization is revoked, the server owner or operator must stop using, loading, hosting, or distributing this addon on their server as soon as reasonably possible.
Revocation of authorization does not give permission to reupload, modify, bypass, crack, mirror, or redistribute the addon.

## 6. NO REUPLOADS, REPACKS, OR SERVER MOD PACKS
You may not reupload this addon, in whole or in part, to the Arma Reforger Workshop or to any other platform.
You may not include this addon, in whole or in part, inside another mod, server mod pack, private mod pack, collection upload, mirror, backup upload, or repacked addon.
You may not upload this addon under another account, community profile, server profile, group, or project name.
Workshop collections that link to the original Workshop page without reuploading the files are allowed, unless the Author states otherwise in writing.

You may not modify, edit, adapt, remix, transform, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, copy, or build upon this addon or any part of it without written permission from the Author.

## 10. SAFE TECHNICAL ENFORCEMENT
The Author may include server validation or authorization checks to protect the addon from unauthorized server use.
Any technical enforcement must be limited to disabling, unloading, restricting, or deactivating this addon’s own features when used on an unauthorized server or after authorization has been revoked.
Technical enforcement must not:
- damage, delete, corrupt, or alter user files;
- crash or intentionally destabilize the game, client, server, operating system, or network connection;
- collect private personal data;
- interfere with unrelated mods;
- punish players personally for joining a server;
- degrade the user’s game experience beyond the addon simply not functioning.
If the addon is not authorized for a server, the intended behavior should be that the addon’s own features do not work, as if the addon was not available on that server.

## 12. TERMINATION
Permission to use this addon automatically terminates if you violate this license.
After termination, you must stop using, hosting, modifying, distributing, or loading the addon.
The Author may request removal of unauthorized reuploads, derivative works, mirrors, repacks, or infringing content through the Arma Reforger Workshop, hosting platforms, or applicable legal processes.
