Anizay

Tactical Data Link

Adds Anizay's existing raster as a fallback when Tactical Data Link has no configured satellite texture for an Anizay world. Existing prefab textures, configured map entries, server overrides and world identity are preserved.

Requires Tactical Data Link and Anizay. No terrain or third-party assets are redistributed. GM_Anizay already provides its native map texture; this add-on supplies the fallback lookup.

Scope: in-game map texture support only. Does not add web maps, streamed 3D terrain or road/contour/structure datasets.

Validation: 15 packed local runtime checks passed on Reforger 1.8.0.13, including texture loading and coordinate alignment. Remote multiplayer and console platforms have not been verified. Existing dependency errors are outside this patch.
