Project Kestrel is a hardcore PvP server for Arma Reforger: no AI, NATO vs Russia, long fights over a moving objective.

PKST_Core is the framework behind it. On its own it adds nothing to the game; it is loaded by the Project Kestrel scenario and server.

What it contains
- Moving King of the Hill game mode: a staging phase, rounds fought over a zone that moves between sites, a Last Stand window when a team nears victory, and match points across rounds.
- Spawn zones on the map, with safe zones that protect each team at its own spawn.
- Team vehicle requests with caps, cooldowns and cleanup of abandoned vehicles and wrecks.
- Its own HUD: phase timer and message panels that work with game hints switched off.
- Every tunable value in settings files on the server, validated at startup and logged.

Status
Alpha. Built for testing on the Project Kestrel server. Expect changes between versions; balance values are placeholders.

Server operators
Settings are written to $profile/PKST_Core/ on first start, with a reference file describing every key.
