Vin Drin Dop

On Arma Reforger 1.8 the infantry navmesh that ships with Vin Drin Dop no longer loads. The server log shows `Params are NOT the same` and `Failed to load Navmesh from file`, and AI soldiers stand still when given a move order.

This mod replaces that navmesh with one generated on 1.8 with the game's default AI settings. It keeps the map's file path and resource ID, so every scenario and mission on Vin Drin Dop picks it up without changes. The map's vehicle navmesh still loads on 1.8, so AI vehicles were never affected and are left alone.

It also adds water routes for boats. Boat AI mods (for example SyykoNT Sampan Crew) can ask it for a path along the middle of the channels between two points. The routes come from a survey of the map's water and from drives with AI-crewed sampans: a channel is used only if a sampan drove it both ways. The flooded forest in the south-west marsh and the north village channel (a low crossing the crew can't pass under) are left out.

How to use it: add it to your server or mod list together with Vin Drin Dop. If your server also loads Belize (the Coalition framework does), put this mod after the framework: both maps keep their terrain at the same path, and in tests Vin Drin Dop's ground was only right with the framework listed first.

Tested on dedicated servers (1.8.0.13):
- Without this mod, an AI fire team ordered to move 150 m stayed where it was. With it, fire teams arrived in 48 to 62 s at 8 spots around the map, on the Game Master world and on two Coalition mission worlds.
- AI vehicles (UAZ, BTR-70, M113) drive the same with or without it.
- AI-crewed sampans drove every shipped channel both ways, through both rail bridges and both bamboo bridges. Given one far waypoint, a sampan followed a 5.1 km route from the central channel to the sea and arrived.
- A mission whose AI World doesn't point at the map's navmesh files gets no infantry navmesh at all, with or without this mod.

Known limit in 1.0.0: foot groups walking from inland hills down to some river banks can still stop short or route through the water. A fix is being worked on.
